Processing time:
All our candles are hand-poured with care. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is received. During peak season or special launches, processing may take an extra 1-2 days. 

Shipping rates & Delivery times:

• Standard shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days - flat rate
• Expedited shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days- calculated at checkout
• Free shipping: on orders over $50 (U.S. only)
• International shipping: Available to select countries; rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by location 

Packaging :

To protect our candles, we carefully wrap them to prevent damage during transit

Order tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number, so you can follow your candle’s journey.

Delays & Issues:

While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, and/or holidays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at touchofbliss22@gmail.com
